Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is another good Sci-Fi anime. It is based on a game with the same name. The story is set in a futuristic world where science become so far that people are modifying their bodies with tech.

86 Eighty-Six is another great anime to watch. The story is set in a world where two countries fighting with each other constantly but the normal don't know much about it and the lower-class people fighting for their lives on battle field.
Pluto
The story occurs in a world where robots become parts of human life and they have their rights. The popular robots from all over the world getting dismantled one by one but the story has so much to offer.
Trigun Stampede
In the far future, Earth has become uninhabitable, forcing humanity to evacuate in massive colony fleets to search for habitable planets. It has so much to offer to the audience and it is really an underrated anime.
